Over two years ago I wrote about the growing problem in Syria. I talked about the lack of resolve from Europe and the United States to address this problem. Like all problems, the powers that be had hoped it would all just go away. Even while tens of thousands of people were being murdered the British government voted "no" on intervention. The U.S. then backed off of their commitment and voted to steer clear of the crisis. Of course, today, there is a "refugee" crisis. With over a million displaced people entering Europe this year and over 350 thousand into the U.S. the governments are finally beginning to take notice. The lack of any foreign policy to solve this massive problem is now complicated with the huge buildup of Russian military forces into Syria. Tanks, planes, missile batteries, armored personnel carriers, and weapons are pouring in from Moscow and they are not "defensive." An emergency visit was conducted by Israel last week with Putin where the Prime Minister, Netanyahu, and the Israeli Military Chief of Staff tried to lay down the groundwork in order to avoid a Russian and Israeli military conflict. The stakes are high, and unfortunately, it is not all about ISIS. The lack of policy and leadership from the United States has now led to the complete destruction of all stability in the Middle East. Countries are choosing sides, weapons are being deployed, and deals are being made. As the largest humanitarian crisis of the 21st century presents itself the precursors of the next world war are being laid. The last time this happened was in the 1930's and the result was World War Two. Good luck with that. That's the way I see it, today, September 25th, 2015.
"Welcome all my friends to the show that never ends..." That does about sum it up. All kidding aside, you can not by any measure take the current U.S. Presidential election process seriously. Really, it doesn't matter if you are a Democrat or a Republican, they are all goof balls. Come let us just examine the facts. Joe Biden, who still can't make up his mind, he really can't...but he "thinks" he might want the job. Hillary Clinton...enough said. Bernie Sanders, a devoted "socialist" who wants to lead a "capitalist" nation. Donald Trump, the billionaire, hey, he already owns an Air Force One. Chris Christy, he still needs to lose weight. Mike Huckabee, still needs to change his name. Ben Carson, he might do a good job, but will probably continue as a surgeon...as it should be. Mark Rubio, now this guy "gets it," but he is obviously too "smart" for the job. That leaves, who does that leave? Oh, yeah, the other 15 who all "want the job." Really, if you were a foreign leader and you were trying to make your "five year plan" you might really be in a fix. You really couldn't plan anything as you watch from afar the undoing of America. All that is was, all that it could be, gone. Gone to the pundits of the media. Gone to the hyperbole of stupidity. Gone to the ignorance of it's own population. Democracy
at it's best. What is important as the gates of Europe fall to a Muslim invasion is this: it really is more important that a "Christian" country clerk just got released from prison due to her beliefs on Gay Marriage, huh? Confusing, isn't it. Just ask one question, "Who is the clown?" That's the way I see it, today, September 10th, 2015.
This is the photo that captured the worlds attention last week bringing the Syrian refugee crisis to the forefront. Over the last four years Europe has generally ignored the ISIS take over of Syria and Iraq, and now, today, they are trying to resolve their collective guilt by letting in hundreds of thousands of refugees. Germany expects nearly one million refugees by the end of December. In other words, a massive invasion of "migrants" into the European society. France and Great Britain have announced "re-vised" migrant numbers in order to take in their share of the "burden." In addition to the migrant crisis, there is the "smuggling" issue which has already led to the death of hundreds of illegals. It is estimated that this new "business" has a net worth of over one billion euros. The media is staying on "theme" and declaring the human crisis as unprecedented and everything should be done in order to "save" people from dying. This is the "same" media that has failed to report the "killing fields" of Syria and Iraq and has generally left it up to YouTube and Facebook. ISIS has declared that it will use the "migrant crisis" to "infiltrate" Europe and bring the continent to its knees. In fact, the majority of the migrants are not families, but individual, young, single men, many who have been trained by ISIS. It should be noted, that the "migrant crisis" is the symptom, not the problem. Until stabilized Middle East governments are established, the symptoms will get worse and Europe as a society will continue to be threatened. Another point to consider is the Russian military expansion in Syria. A new Russian airbase is being built to shore up the Assad regime in Damascus. Just yesterday, Hungarian authorities did arrest two ISIS infiltrators. The "game" is afoot. That's how I see it, today, September 8th, 2015.
